The Modular Terrain project is a proposal for a children's park in St. Louis, Missouri that incorporates ramps, stairs, slides and benches which emerge both above and below the ground in order to spatially encourage ideas of play and interaction from children and adults. The experience of such conditions begin when the visitor enters the park, passing under ribbed canopies, stepping onto a changing and undulating modular terrain.
